This one sucks. I swear it's never a good time here. Only tolerate it when I was fresh hot pizza.... Which isn't often
If you actually get what you've ordered the food is pretty good. We once were brought the wrong Pizza and server said she'd take something off the bill and left it. We didn't want it. We wanted what we ordered but never got the opportunity to say so. There are never enough servers which means service is usually poor. Could be a better experience with better staffing and a little more attention to detail. Not the cleanest place either.
They NEVER get our order correct when we order online (don't bother with flavored crust because we have yet to actually get it when we order). And ordering for pickup isn't any better, unless you want to wait 2 hours in the lobby for them to actually make your order. This is the WORST Pizza Hut I've ever been to. They also let their phones ring for 5 minutes before answering them because we had to try 3 times when we called to complain about their error. Too bad Sturgis has no decent food options.
I don't even want to give this place 1 star I just have to in order to write the review. Saturday night and they had ONE waiter. Who did an awesome job for what he was handed. It was the other service that was not up to par. We were there for TWO hours. It took us an hour and a half to get our 2 medium and 1 large pizza and NO compensation for the ridiculous long wait. PLUS the phone rang non stop the whole time we were there and the manager would not answer it.
Service was good. Food tastes fine. This is a larger Pizza Hut than most. Side dining area in addition to the usual. Restrooms a little dingy.
