I'm being nice by giving them one star. they are seriously the worst. They do not pay on time and every time I call to know why they haven't pay me, they promise me I will get full payment on the next payday. But every freaking time the payment is incomplete. Also earlier this year I requested a summary of my payments and I noticed that every week some hours were missing. They claimed that they were the same hours that were on the time sheet, but that is false.
This would be my second payday... checks not there! I called and spoke with a very nice rep and she said she is on it and will call me back! I have her extension also so if I don't hear from her I will be calling back. She was told I'm not processed yet that's why I haven't received it and my thought is well how did I get my first check then???' Update coming soon !
Very sloppy company, period. Would not recommend as a main source of income, as you’re never guaranteed payment on time. My advice for anyone going through them, don’t. However if you’ve no other options, ENSURE every bit of paperwork is turned in and complete before you start working. You can go weeks/months with no pay, due to so and so ‘missing’ in your file. ENSURE that you call behind your time sheet EVERY time, to confirm it was received, correct hours, etc. Aside from the company being a headache, I love my job and work for amazing people, but will never work under this agency again.
When first starting with this company my pay checks were TWO months late.. now I’ve been working there for a year and it’s late again, & they won’t give it to me. They’re nice on the phone, but won’t pay me. HORRIBLE company to work for.. bet they get paid though.
Well pretty good but feel they need to try to contact you by phone to catch up n see how things are going at least every two weeks to three weeks and make sure u get a news letter n mail n updated paper work !!
