My truck broke down on I80 while moving to Maryland to be with my husband who is active duty Navy. I called Tuffys to see if I could have the tow truck bring me to them after multiple repair shops in the surrounding areas didn't have a mechanic on duty that day. The owner John was there that day and took my truck in without any question. His master mechanic was able to diagnose a fuel pump failure and they had the part within an hour and full replacement within a couple hours. Not only did they take care of my truck, they hosted my 2 dogs too! What a wonderful team here! Thank you so much!

Went above and beyond to get my older van safe to take across the country! I drove the van by myself, three kids, a dog, while hauling a 6x12' trailer to meet my husband in LA area for his job. They stayed over on a Saturday to get me on the road for Monday. Gave accurate information and answered all our questions happily! Free borrow vehicle was a life saver during repairs. Very happy!
